Unwinder for dripline model SV 3 F

The three-row dripline unwinder is a machine that eases the unwinding of reels for drip irrigation in full field. The machine is suspended from the three points of the tractor and thanks to the adjustable inter-row it can be used for different cultivations.

It essentially consists of a resealable load-bearing frame which is used for road transport, in compliance with the laws in force on the subject, and of three circles on which the rolls of pipes are positioned. The machine works withthe advancing of the tractor, simply by rotating the rims and it does not have transmission organs that make it dangerous.

Therefore it complies with the 89/392 CEE MACHINES directives and subsequent amendments and additions.

Premise:

The hydraulic reel for PE pipes allows you to quickly and effortlessly unwind and rewind a polyethylene pipe for irrigation, replacing traditional rigid pipes. It is connected to a tractor by means of a three-point hitch, andthe type of operation of the machine is hydraulic, i.e. it requires the tractor to be equipped with hydraulic couplings. The structure of the machine allows you to carry out all the unwinding and rewinding operations with the use of a single operator, in a very short time and in total safety.
